Marco Scaini

Known as @marcominiacs on social media, my real name is Marco Scaini. I was born in Italy and I currently live in Spain working as an Engineer, but I am a self-taught artist with a passion for drawing. In the last 40 years, I've been spending a great part of my free time with a pencil in my hand, drawing what I want, when and where I can. I like to experiment and try different techniques because drawing makes me happy… and I’m so glad that my sons share this same passion with me.

Tracy Verdugo

If Tracy Verdugo was given the opportunity to coin a term for a new art movement based around what she teaches she might call it “Curiosity and Wonderism” or maybe “Loosen-upism” or “Endless possibilitism”.

Tracy is an inspiration instigator, gentle guide, prolific painter, bestselling author, smitten traveller and soaker up of all that is beauty-full. She teaches her creative workshops all over this amazing planet and also online, always with the overriding intention to remind her students of the wonder that already resides within them.

When she is not hanging out with her family in their “made with love” adobe home in a small village on the shores of Jervis Bay, Australia, or throwing paint around in her little purple studio in their backyard, you might find her painting beside thermal pools on an Italian island with an eager group of students, or sitting in a circle on St Pete Beach, Florida, listening intently as women share their stories of creative yearning.

Her paintings are vibrant and filled with joy, inspired both by global travels and the simple beauty of the focused moment. Since 2000 Tracy has held 18 successful solo exhibitions and her works are held in collections both in Australia and internationally.

Mostly though, she is mama bear to two gorgeous, zest-filled daughters, Santana and Cece, Ita to precious granddaughter Nora Luz and co-adventurer in life with her amor of 36 years, the talented and brilliant Marco.

Laura Hausen

Laura Hausen is a mixed media and watercolor artist living in Landshut, Bavaria. Laura is a life-long artist who lost her connection with art when she was studying to be a pharmacist and during the first few years on the job. She decided she wanted to have creativity back in her life so she reduced her working hours to have more creative time. The pandemic spurred her practice even more as painting became her secret place during the lockdowns in Germany. Laura spent a lot of time painting and kept contact with artists worldwide via Instagram. Her art desk was her sanctuary. She also started taking art seriously as a business.

Her business, Laura.Wellnitz, is named after her grandmother who had the last name of Wellnitz. She gave Laura the gift of creativity through crafting with her as a child. You can see more of Laura's work on instagram.

RoxsyLin

Roxsy grew up in Merida, a tiny town in Venezuela, and had the sweetest grandpa in the whole wide world. Roxsy, grandpa, and their faithful Dachshund, Cynthia, enjoyed going to the Farmers Market almost every day. The endless colors of the market amazed her little girl’s heart, and Roxsy recalls using her crayons until there was nothing but a chubby stump as she kept trying to sprinkle her drawings with the shops’ vibrancy.

Roxsy currently works as a freelance illustrator for the publishing business. She lives in Los Angeles with her inseparable chum, Eduardo, and together, they create whimsical stories for children. See more of her work HERE.
