Glue and Chalk Leaves

Steps

Project Idea: Glue and Chalk Leaves

  1. Draw simple image with pencil. Trace with white glue. Let dry.

  2. Color around the glue lines with chalk or chalk pastel. To keep the colors as bright as
    possible, do not rub with fingers. Shake off excess chalk as necessary.

  3. Add highlight colors to leaves, such as light green on dark green, light blue on dark blue, etc.

Materials Needed:

• black chalk paper
• pencil
• pencil
• glue
• chalk or chalk pastel

Age Range:

5 and up
