Joel used charcoal and Strathmore 400 Series Drawing, smooth surface, to create this beautiful, detailed piece.

Joel, who resides in Cavite, Philippines, describes his artwork as photo realistic. He focuses the viewer’s attention to the drama of light and shadow. He has a natural artistic ability and developed his own technique of “charcoal painting”.
